Getting Started

Checklist:

  • Meet with a Peer Advisor - Wheaton students who have recently returned from study abroad. They can provide valuable and timely information about the study abroad process and/or their specific program
  • Meet with your academic advisor and discuss how a study abroad program will fit in your academic plan. They will also help you identify which required courses you can take abroad
  • Speak with Student Financial Services and learn what financial aid is available for your study abroad program

The staff at the Center for Global Education is also here to guide and assist you through the study abroad process.
Please feel free to contact the Center if you have any questions (ext. 4950).
Welcome to the first steps to the one of the most meaningful experiences you can give yourself.
