Eligibility
Semester/Academic year abroad:
- Minimum cumulative GPA requirement: 2.85 for Wheaton approval (Students with a GPA below 2.85 must complete the GPA petition application, which is reviewed by the College's Committee on Academic Standing)
- Students must declare their major prior to study away.
- Students must at least be a second semester sophomore at time of participating in the program
- Students must be in good academic and social standing as defined in the Wheaton College Catalog, and be in good standing with the Center for Global Education.
- Students must meet any prerequisite course requirements for the study abroad program. Please note some programs have higher GPA requirements.
Domestic study away:
- Minimum cumulative GPA requirement: 2.5
- Students must at least be a second semester sophomore at time of participating in the program.
- Students must be in good academic and social standing as defined in the Wheaton College Catalog, and be in good standing with the Center for Global Education.

Short-term study abroad:
